- TÜV SÜD Germany. Our 100% pure hemp paper and natural Arabic gum adhesive are tested and certified by TÜV SÜD, Germany's leading independent product-testing authority. To our knowledge, no other custom rolling paper manufacturer holds this certification.
- Cannalysis lab testing. Every batch is independently screened for heavy metals, mycotoxins, and pesticide residues by Cannalysis, a recognised cannabis safety laboratory.
- CE marking. Our products meet European conformity standards.
- MSDS reports. Material Safety Data Sheets are available for every paper type and adhesive we use.

How we make your custom rolling papers
Inside Our Custom Rolling Paper Production
From precision packaging to final quality checks, every custom rolling paper order is produced and inspected in-house.
Every order runs through the same seven steps, and the same quality checks, whether you're ordering 150 booklets or 50,000:
- Paper sourcing. We start with the stock you choose: organic hemp, ultra-thin rice, or natural unbleached wood pulp.
- Artwork preparation. Our in-house design team prepares your print-ready file at no charge, checking bleed, colour profiles, and text legibility before anything goes to print.
- Edge-to-edge full-colour printing. Your design is printed across the whole booklet cover using food-grade inks. You can add foiling, spot UV, or embossing if you want the cover to stand out.
- Cutting and perforation. Sheets are precision-cut and perforated to your size, whether that's 1¼, King Size Slim, King Size Wide, or something custom.
- Booklet assembly. Papers are folded into booklets (32 leaves as standard, or a count you specify), with options like a magnetic closure, built-in tips, and printing on the inside cover.
- Quality control. Each batch is checked for print alignment, gum consistency, paper weight, and a clean booklet closure. Anything that doesn't pass is pulled before packing.
- Packaging and dispatch. Orders ship worldwide with tracking, usually 2.5 weeks after you approve your proof.
